Customer Expectations: A New Shopping Infographic

Baynote (a provider of personalized customer experience solutions) recently released the results of its 4th annual “Holiday Online Shopping Survey.” 1,000 U.S. online holiday shoppers were surveyed during the week after Cyber Monday 2013. The survey looks at consumer behavior and buying influences across retail channels, including stores, Web sites, social networks, tablets, and mobile devices.
The infographic below summarizes its findings.
