What do YOU want from the retailers you patronize?
I guess that main thing that I would want from a retail store that I frequent during the holiday season is a good sale, this is probably the most important factor when it comes to making decisions while shopping. Another factor that I find important is having a wide selection of products, the reason for this is that I wont go into a store knowing exactly what to buy so I like having a lot of options at my hand. The last factor that would go into my decision making is customer service whether it be employees trying to help me or fast lines. I want my experience to be as smooth and quick as possible.
