Will Google Shopping Disrupt Online Retailing?

Google is making some strategic changes that will probably upset a good many retailers — a lot.
Ariel Rothenstein reports for Multichannel Merchant that: “Google Product Search (formerly known as Froogle) recently received a new name, Google Shopping; a change that Google says will better connect merchants with the right customers, but it means merchants  will have to pay to be listed. Google Shopping will now be populated by Product Listing Ads (PLAs), which were  previously an ad type found exclusively in Google AdWords and displayed in  search engine results alongside organic listings and Google Product Search  results.”

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into
any issues of plagorism or copyright violation?
My blog has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my permission. Do you know any ways to help protect against content from being stolen? I’d definitely appreciate
    it.

    • Expect the worst. Hope for the best.

I think blogs often “borrow” from other sources. When I use content from elsewhere, I ALWAYS give credit to the source and a link to the original material (typically a magazine or newspaper article).

My only advice: Communicate yourself more widely. I have my blog posts automatically uploaded to my LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook accounts. That way, more eyeballs see content directly from me.
