We know that the job market remains rather tight. So, it is imperative to avoid making mistakes that could undermine the job search.

  2. Long and meaningless summaries or profiles
  3. Using adjectives to describe yourself
  4. Over-emphasis on core competencies
  5. Listing accomplishments before work history
  6. No clear description of accountability
  7.  Lengthy descriptions of duties and responsibilities
  8. Lack of clear, tangible achievements
  9. Too much work history
  10. Poor layout and appearance
